Are you in the mood for some French pop romance? We are starting a new series of themed mixes on YouTube, and the first one is filled with dreamy, seductive tracks from some of our favorite French artists. No need to speak French to enjoy these lovely songs!
Our playlist kicks off with “Couleur menthe à l’eau“, a cover of Eddy Mitchell’s song by Isaac Delusion. We see it as the perfect introduction to the world of French romance, with its wistful lyrics.
You will also hear some of our favorite new french artists, such as Charlie Faron, Joe La Panic, Saint DX….
We even featured some international artists, such as KESMAR, with his track “Johatsu” featuring Flore Benguigui from L’Impératrice. We love the infectious melody that will stay with you long after you’ve finished listening. You’ll also hear the classic track “L’amour le jour” by Montreal-based duo Le Couleur. This song is a homage to the golden age of French pop, with its lush orchestration and swooning vocals.
To conclude, the funky “Maintenant ou jamais” by Catastrophe and “Juillet” by RIVAGE, featuring Julia Jean-Baptiste.
We hope you enjoy this selection. To discover even more songs in the same atmosphere, you can follow our Spotify playlist “In French”.
