Nile Rodgers & CHIC: Tiny Desk Concert

While browsing YouTube on a Sunday night, I came across a video that made my evening better. Nile Rodgers and CHIC came to NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert to perform their legendary songs!

As you can expect, they performed some of their timeless hits: “Le Freak” and “Good Times“.

They also played songs that Nile Rodgers wrote for other artists, such as “I’m Coming Out” by Diana Ross and “We Are Family” from Sister Sledge.

The set is full of surprises and energy, like on the version of David Bowie’s “Let’s Dance,” reaching a state of “maximum funkocity“, with the help of the crowd.

Oh, did I mention that they played “Get Lucky” from Daft Punk too?

This Tiny Desk Concert with Nile Rodgers and CHIC is a must-watch for any fan of funk music. Get ready to move and groove!
