Paradis is a French duo composed of Simon Mény and Pierre Rousseau, who released their debut EP “Parfait Tirage / La Ballade De Jim” in 2011, on the label Beats In Space. It was followed by “Hémisphère / Je M’ennuie” in 2012. These songs reveal the approach of the duo, paying tribute to French pop and mixing it with electronic sounds. By sampling French artists such as Alain Souchon, they make us re-discover classic songs, with a modern and classy touch.
Last July, they came back with the excellent song “Garde Le Pour Toi”, followed by “Sur Une Chanson En Français” in November. These 2 tracks are featured on their new EP, “Couleurs Primaires”. It also includes the original song “Le Bal Des Oubliés” and 2 remixes. These remixes come from Thee Loving Hands and Superpitcher, who make the songs last longer.
