We haven’t heard of L’Equipe du Son for a while, but the Amsterdam-based producer is releasing a new EP on October 8. He is also working on his second album, to be released in december. “Indian Laserdisco” opens this EP, for more than 7 minutes of epic nu-disco. The remix by Gazeebo, with piano parts, is very good. “Magic Johnstien” is another brilliant nu-disco tune, with a brilliant piano pattern. The remix of this song by Gary Baldi, from Drop Out Orchestra, is the closing track of this EP.
