Some of you may already know the band Papooz, but I’ve just recently discovered them. After seeing them live last week, I wanted to share one of my favorite songs from them: “Simply Are”.
Papooz is a duo from France, influenced by 70’s bands like The Beach Boys and The Velvet Underground. They play smooth melodies, rhythms that sway the hips with a pop spirit. Some of their songs also have bossa nova and jazz influences, which sounded really cool during their show!
